Uses:
Explore feeling the vibration of Chaos Dance™, within your body, by inhaling after placing it on your wrist. Then, place the oil where you are guided — a drop under nose or onto specific points (i.e., chakra(s), acupressure points, trigger points, etc.) and meditate with it for at least 5-10 minutes. Use the mantra and the breathing method to enhance this experience. Let the sound vibration and the breath to move through you — and let the energies of the Dolphin assist you in this process.
